These general terms and conditions apply to all Ticket Orders made with www.championsleagueticketshop.com (Global Ticket & Travel SL ) for the champions league in Europe by an individual or corporate or other entity (hereafter referred to as the Client).
1. NON-AFFILIATION:
The Client is made aware that championsleagueticketshop.com is an independent ticketagent acting in the secondary market engaged in buying and selling of tickets.. championsleagueticketshop.com is in no way affiliated or linked to official organizer, stadium or ticket sales office. If you wish to buy tickets directly from the organiser,stadium or ticket sales office, you may do so yourselves by contacting them directly.
2. PAYMENT:
Client's payment must be made by wire transfer, credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or cheque. All payments are non-refundable. Failure to have made correct payment to championsleagueticketshop.com on the due date as set out in the Ticket Order, constitutes material breach of contract and the Ticket Order will automatically be cancelled by championsleagueticketshop.com without prejudice to any other remedy it may have.
If the card is authorized, payment will only be deducted from the card when it is confirmed that championsleagueticketshop.com is in possession of the ordered tickets and the tickets are ready for dispatch.
3. PRICE:
championsleagueticketshop.com must inform and the Buyer must accept that the ticket price stated on the website for the event/match include payment for services in addition to the face value of the tickets. The price for the tickets is much higher than the face value printed on the ticket. This sucharge amount covers championsleagueticketshop.coms costs for purchase of the tickets from the secondary market, plus a margin for our work and difficulties linked to the purchase of the Tickets for the most popular and sold-out events.
Payment for any delivery charges will be in addition to our ticket prices.
4. ORDER GURANTEE:
All tickets sold by championsleagueticketshop.com are guaranteed authentic.
We are experienced dealers in secondary market and have a mechanism to differentiate between fake and authentic tickets. To ensure the authenticity of the tickets, we also follow EUSTA rules and guidelines thoroughly.
All tickets sold by championsleagueticketshop.com will be delivered according to specifications in order and terms and conditions.
In case of failure by championsleagueticketshop.com to deliver according to above and according to our terms and conditions for any reason, championsleagueticketshop.com will pay and return a sum equal to 100% (Total amount ) of any deposits and/or payments for undelivered tickets. Compensation in addition to paid amount shall not, however, exceed EUR 200 per Contract or Customer.
5. TICKETS AVAILABILITY:
Buyer can book online advance tickets as soon as information regarding the availability of tickets are displayed on the websites.
6. DELIVERY:
championsleagueticketshop.com will deliver the tickets according to these Terms and Conditions and the order guarantee.
Tickets will be delivered to the customer within 10- 15 days of ordering, after undergoing order confirmation procedure.
Tickets will normally be sent by post or courier approximately 7-10 days prior to the relevant game. The Client accepts that due to possible delays, championsleagueticketshop.com have the right to deliver tickets up to 24 (twenty-four) hours before the relevant game.
championsleagueticketshop undertakes to deliver Tickets in accordance with this Agreement. Delivery can be performed by championsleagueticketshop, or a third party acting on behalf of championsleagueticketshop, sending the tickets to the address given by the Buyer. The Buyer must inform championsleagueticketshop of any changes in the delivery address. championsleagueticketshop can ask the Buyer to collect the tickets at a location chosen by championsleagueticketshop in or near the town where the event is to take place. If the Buyer collects the Tickets once delivery costs have been paid, delivery costs will be refunded.
Upon delivery, risk for the tickets (including for loss, damage or theft) passes to the Buyer. Delivery is made when the Tickets arrive at the address given by the Buyer. Alternatively, delivery is made when the Tickets arrive at the location from which they are to be collected, or, if the Buyer is a consumer, when the Buyer is notified that the Tickets are ready for collection.
If the Organiser’s Terms require an ID check, championsleagueticketshop can demand that the Buyer provides a copy of the credit card used to place the order or a copy of the Buyer’s identification papers (e.g. passport) after the order is placed. championsleagueticketshop reserves the right to withhold Tickets ordered until satisfactory documentation is received.
The Buyer shall ensure receipt of the Tickets. If necessary, the Buyer is to contact the postal service, carrier or other person responsible for delivery to ensure the Tickets will be received. championsleagueticketshop cannot be held liable for non-delivery due to lack of contact, failure to provide information by the Buyer or lack of collaboration as described above.
championsleagueticketshop shall state a date for delivery or collection of the Tickets. Such dates are for information purposes only. championsleagueticketshop reserves the right to deliver the Tickets in good time on the same day of the Event without this constituting breach of agreement, providing doing so does not incur serious inconvenience for the Buyer. If the Tickets have not been supplied by such a date, the provisions stated in section 6 become effective.
These inform the Buyer that championsleagueticketshop is not necessarily in possession of the Tickets ordered on the day the Agreement was made. In the event championsleagueticketshop does not have the Tickets ordered in its possession, it will endeavour to obtain them on a secondary market after the Agreement is made and in accordance with all other provisions of the Agreement.
If championsleagueticketshop.com has not sent the tickets by post or courier by the end of the seventh (7.) day before the relevant game, the Client can up until four (4) days before the relevant game provide championsleagueticketshop.com with a local address / hotel address in the city of the relevant game in europe where the Client will pick up the tickets, see clause 5 below. The Client shall by email or fax provide championsleagueticketshop.com with any change of contact details, including whereto the tickets shall be sent, after the date of the Ticket Order. See also clause 4 above regarding local delivery address . Such change of contact details shall be sent by email:
championsleagueticketshop.com is not responsible for the Client's non-receipt of tickets or returned tickets due to lack of information from the Client.
In cases of loss or theft or similar, the tickets will not be replaced or reimbursed by championsleagueticketshop.com. To the extent permitted by law, championsleagueticketshop.com hereby excludes all other warranties, conditions and representations than those expressly provided herein. championsleagueticketshop.com shall in no event be liable for any indirect loss or damage and championsleagueticketshop.com liability shall not exceed the payment made for the relevant Ticket Order.
7. Cancelled or Postponed Event and seating categories:
The Buyer is hereby informed that championsleagueticketshop.com is not the organizer or in any way linked to the Event and has no control over its taking place. If an Event is cancelled, championsleagueticketshop.com reserves the right to cancel the order placed by the customer. Customers may claim a full refund of the amount paid for Tickets in addition to delivery costs or exchange the tickets for another event of the same value.
If an Event is postponed for another date, time or venue the customer can claim a full refund as specified above.
championsleagueticketshop.com divides Tickets for matches into different categories. Categorisation is clearly mentioned in the description of the ticket category. Our categories are not in anyway identical with those used by the organiser, and the Buyer is made aware that championsleagueticketshop.com supplies tickets which differ from the organiser’s category. If the Buyer received Tickets which belong to a lower category than that ordered, the Buyer can demand a reduction in price, based on the sales category prices. In most cases the categories sold by championsleagueticketshop.com will be either longside seats or seats behind the goals.
8. REQUIRED INFORMATION:
The parties acknowledge and accept that for security reasons it is essential that the name, address and passport number of each ticket user shall be available for the relevant policing authorities. championsleagueticketshop.com shall have the right to demand such information and the Client shall upon such demand immediately furnish championsleagueticketshop.com with the requested information. Client's failure to provide requested information will result in the non-delivery of ordered tickets, and all payments made by the Client shall be non-refundable.
9. ENTRANCE TO THE MATCHES:
championsleagueticketshop.com urges the Client and all ticket holders to read uefa champions league 's terms and conditions for the champions league matches as well as code of conduct regulations. championsleagueticketshop.com assumes no responsibility for ticket holders being refused entry to a stadium/match due to non-compliance by the Client with the code of conduct set by uefa for entry to the stadiums.championsleagueticketshop.com urges the Client and all ticket holders to read uefa champions league 's terms and conditions for the champions league matches as well as code of conduct regulations. championsleagueticketshop.com assumes no responsibility for ticket holders being refused entry to a stadium/match due to non-compliance by the Client with the code of conduct set by uefa for entry to the stadiums.championsleagueticketshop.com only assumes responsibility for ticket holders being refused entry to a stadium/match due to any other reason. The paid amount will be fully refunded if the refusal is due to any non-compliance which is due to the supplier to the stadium.
10. RESTRICTIONS ON USE:
Use of the tickets for promotional activities, such as, but not limited to games, lottery or competitions, is prohibited. The Client undertakes to inform each of the final ticket users of this limitation.
11. CANCELLATION BY YOU:
No cancellations are accepted after tickets have been aquired and creditcard as per the order made. championsleagueticketshop.com can help to resell tickets on customers risk and if sold will refund 50% of the total amount charged back to the customer. If tickets are unsold the charged amount will not be refunded and customer can ask for the unsold tickets to be sent to them.
12. INDEMNIFICATION:
The Client shall indemnify and hold harmless championsleagueticketshop.com and each of its employees and directors from and against all or any claims, liabilities, costs, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal expenses) by reason of or arising out of championsleagueticketshop.com provision of tickets to Client which its suppliers have provided or sold to championsleagueticketshop.com or through championsleagueticketshop.com in breach of contract with uefa or other official agents or in violation of applicable law.
13. LAW AND JURISDICTION:
The relationship between championsleagueticketshop.com and the Client shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Spanish law, and the parties agree that Spanish City Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute between the parties which cannot be resolved between the parties within reasonable time.The above shall apply unless in contravention of the law, including the rights of consumers to dispute settlement in a Court of the country they reside in or country of Domicile.
